Q: Does the item come with free shipping?

A: It depends. We provide free shipping for orders over $90 dollars. PLEASE NOTE that extra shipping costs may apply if the address is a remote location (at standard market rates).

 

Q: How to check the status of my package?

Q: How long does delivery usually take?

A: Order items will usually be shipped within 1 business day after purchase, and delivered in 2 to 7 days. Usually, it takes within a week, but sometimes could take longer due to holidays or other reasons. 

 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Based on warehouses located in California and New Jersey in the USA, and EU warehouses in Czech and Germany, our shipping range covers the USA, Canada, the United Kindom, and EU members. Some restricted or remote areas could require higher delivery costs, if you are willing to afford that freight (Non-refundable), we will try our best to make sure the item is delivered to your address.

 

Q: Do you include tax for me?

A: All our prices exclude VAT and tax. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), but we will try to help you reduce extra charges except the order amount. If you need a commercial invoice, please contact us.

 

Q: How will my order items be shipped?

A: We will choose the best local express services to ensure a quick, safe delivery. 

 

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they delivered at the same time?

A: Most of the time, we have items packed in one shipping package for the same order, so YES, they are mostly delivered at the same time. If we separate the order items into more than one package to ship separately, you get an email when they ship out, with their different tracking ID, and shows you clearly what's in the package.

 

Q: Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?

A: NO, we are unable to change the delivery address once the product is shipped.

 

Q: What do I need to do when I receive a product that's different from what I ordered?

A: Please contact us, send us your order ID, received package photo, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the package. We will respond quickly and help you solve the issue.

 

Q: I am still waiting to receive the items I ordered. What should I do?

A: Please track your order tracking information here. If there's no tracking information for your order, please check if there's any email notification about your order sent from Calefo. If it is still a no, please contact us.
